Our whole country is mourning because of the horrible tragedy that took place in Smolensk last Saturday.

We share the grief with the families of the victims. However there is no place for happines in the days coming, we decided that the conference will take place according to the programme.

All the accompanying events will be organized in a way appropirate for this mournful time.
