ERSF Projects Database
(Max-Trax Precursor Activity)
This was a precursor activity that the ERSF implemented to track all the projects the ERSF was involved in before the implementation of FEMA Max-Trax. The database was created in MS Access.
The repository of information for all the Economic Recovery Support Function Projects and a cross-referenced tool to track the advancements of the COAs. This database lets the Economic Recovery Coordination Crew have access to all the relevant information of the economic recovery projects in one place. The sources of information included are directly obtained from the DOC-EDA systems and verifiable sources like usaspending.gov. A database structure gave us the advantage to have all the information verified and ready to be entered in the FEMA’s Leadership’s official recovery projects repository which is FEMA’s Max-Trax 2.0 Platform. The main reference of the database is the Government of Puerto Rico validated economic courses of action. This project started in June 2019.
